Peter is an innovative, analytical, passionate thinker, who enjoys cultivating ideas within a collection of like-minded individuals to reach a common goal. Exposed to entrepreneurship at an early age, Peter developed a love for helping those in his community and having the knack to find solutions. With his finance and marketing background, Peter handles our client’s digital marketing and media buying needs. At Stardust, Peter’s secret recipe is in his ability to create successful advertising campaigns using data analysis and pinpoint targeting. Peter is dedicated and passionate with many interests but if it was a Friday night, you’ll find him scrolling through his phone trying to find the next hole restaurant.

I started developing websites with the goal in mind to assist individuals and businesses in creating their internal vision into there digital reality. As a young man, I often had many lucid dreams where I created cityscapes and innovative designs. One thing I highly enjoy is the processes of internally visualizing a concept and leveraging the power of knowledge and technology to problem-solve and create one’s vision into reality. I strive to be regarded as a trustworthy, innovative, problem-solver. My view of the future is to create a large corporation that lives by those standards and innovates the future in the field of technology.

Mikki graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Film and Minor in Communications, he understands the industry and how the standard is set. However, when on set whether it’s pre or post-production, his ability in small details is where he shines. He is responsible for making sure that the dream pictured is replicated in reality as close as possible. He is there not only there to encourage positive work behavior, but to also bring creativity and innovation to the table. When Mikhail isn’t working he’s probably reading books, critiquing films, listening to music, or working out in his free time.

Jolene is a talented copywriter with an entrepreneurial spirit. She enjoys helping people build things from the ground up. She specializes in helping brands communicate the heart behind their brand so they can attract their ideal clients and turn them into brand advocates. She takes time to understand each brand’s unique voice in order to craft effective messages that are consistent throughout all channels. She is an avid tea drinker, notebook collector, and adventurer.

Matthew is an editor, an epicurean, and some other words that start with e. He attended Pace University in Manhattan, focusing on Video and Television Production, with a focus in Media Theory. He’s a team player ready and eager to help in any way he can. His experience behind the camera, a unique approach to production, and editing skills is a welcome addition.
In his spare time, he’s often at concerts supporting local artists, theaters watching the latest flicks, at the opera or ballet, or in his makeshift darkroom developing and printing photographs.
